The arcade fighting game Dissidia Final Fantasy has always been speculated to be getting a console release, but Square Enix hasn't confirmed anything yet. We're talking the multi-millions, folks - perhaps the most expensive game in the company's history (and that's including the forthcoming Kingdom Hearts III even). However, the focus of the game is battles and that has not changed.

"If we can export it to the world as a high-proficiency, competitive fighting tool, while also an enjoyable team battle Final Fantasy, it might even rise up as an e-Sports event".

But that doesn't mean the console version isn't still on its way.

Final Fantasy XV's graphics are very nice but they are limited by console hardware. Moreover, the group taking a shot at the game at Business Division 2 is leading specialized examinations on visual constancy by utilizing Final Fantasy XV as a development situation. "If that happens, then next will be a global tournament, right?" The game was a costly one but, it has been revealed that Final Fantasy XV broke even within the first day of being released. With this, it has definitely turned a nice profit for Square Enix so far.

For those that were still not confident that this new, non-traditional Hitman game was legitimate upon release, its live content drove conversations that helped win new fans. It'll be a few more years until we get a production update for the Final Fantasy VII Remake, according to game director Tetsuya Nomura's recent comments during an interview with Famitsu. However, new reports reveal that this year's big Final Fantasy XV DLC release might see delay, and all because of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.

The PSP version of Dissidia Final Fantasy, however, features one-on-one matches.
