  • GOTCHA Seconds later Gable looked up at the camera perhaps only noticing it for the first time

And, in the the same moment Gable realizes her troubles, she looks directly into the newly-installed camera above her.

Video released to the public shows the four-year old girl trying to carefully walk down some stairs before Gable steps into the frame.

In the video, Gable can be seen eyeing the surveillance camera just after pushing the girl down the stairs and into a wall.

The surveillance camera was installed just minutes before the assault.

Sarah Gable, 52, was immediately fired and faces charges of simple assault and endangering the welfare of a child for the incident.

Police have arrested a day care worker who they say was caught on camera shoving a young girl down stairs at the suburban Philadelphia facility last week. The child is back at the daycare.

Barack Obama is Ready to Return to Politics
In that respect, what Obama has planned to do so quickly after office is all but unprecedented for a recently removed president. Recent past presidents have dabbled in politics after leaving office, such as President George W.

The incident occurred at around 5pm on Friday, at the Child Care of the Future daycare center.

Given the image's clarity, she may as well had said "Cheese!"

Actually, the person at the bottom of the steps was daycare administrator Shawayne Tavares.

But, Tavares said, "she was a little scared of the steps".

Upper Darby Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood told NBC Philadelphia that Gable threw the child down the steps for apparently no reason. "I'm like, 'It's not her shoe. So I always thought she was one of the best teachers", parent Ronnie Siekor said. "She has had no prior contact with the criminal justice system", he said.

"We went to Gable's home in Folcroft Monday night where a man told us, 'She's not available at this time.'"
