Melanie "Mel B" Brown is going public with the alleged horrifying details of her 10-year marriage to estranged husband Stephen Belafonte. She also said that he forced her to "participate in sexual intercourse with him and random women" and secretly recorded the encounters.

Furthermore, Belafonte "punched" Mel and "pushed her down on a carpet" the day before she and the Spice Girls performed at the Olympic closing ceremony.

In the documents, Brown said she tried to leave Belafonte several times, but he allegedly threatened to destroy her career and take her children. She was scheduled to do a live TV appearance at their home and claims he choked her and slammed her onto the hardwood floor, forcing a makeup artist to cover the red marks.

In the statement, Mel claims that Stephen punched her with his fist because she was set to do an X-Factor segment with Usher.

In divorce papers last month, Mel cited "irreconcilable differences", but she is now accusing Stephen of physical abuse, extortion and blackmail.

She claimed in Monday's documents that Belafonte quickly became "controlling, manipulative and abusive" after they tied the knot in 2007 following a short courtship. He also cheated on her with their own nannywho got pregnant.

However, speaking to TMZ's photographers on Monday, Belafonte denied all the claims, saying, "I'm shocked at those allegations".
