North Korea says ready to deploy, mass-produce new missile

The latest missile test comes just a week after North Korea provoked global outcry by testing a ballistic missile that it claims can carry a nuclear warhead.
However, Western experts dismissed those claims as exaggerated, saying such advances won't be possible for the North at least until 2030.
At the United Nations, diplomats from the U.S., Japan and South Korea said they requested a Security Council consultation on the missile test.
SEOUL, South Korea (AP) - South Korea fired warning shots Tuesday after an unidentified object flew south from rival North Korea, Seoul's military said.
