The Jaipur Police after the Champions Trophy final between India and Pakistan used the picture of Jaspreet Bumrah bowling a no ball in its advertisement to "create traffic awareness". While we are sure that the bowler knows the cost of the mistake, we can not help but sympathise with Bumrah on this issue.

Jasprit Bumrah was criticized strongly by the Indian fans afterwards, and even his teammate Hardik Pandya wrote on Twitter "Hume to apno ne loota, gairo me kahan dum tha (We were looted by our own, why blame others)".

Jasprit Bumrah's no ball allowed Fakhar Zaman to continue and crack a century in the Champions Trophy Final.

In Pool B, India (WR: 6) maintained their winning start to the competition with a comfortable 3-0 triumph against Canada (WR: 11). Ramandeep Singh had scored twice in India's win with Akashdeep Singh and Harmanpreet Singh grabbing the other two goals.

The right-arm fast bowler took to Twitter and slammed the authorities for mocking him publically. This all started on Friday evening when the death over bowler specialist voicing his disappointment tweeted, "Well done Jaipur traffic police this shows how much respect you get after giving your best for the country". The cricketer had since then become a target of social media trolls and the subject of many memes.

After a long season, where he played the IPL and turned out in the Indian team for the Champions Trophy, Bumrah was rested for the ongoing tour of West Indies. With over 500 RTs, the tweet was a hit, and the police put up a billboard of it as well. "Because I believe humans can make mistakes". Below the caption, is the logo of the City Traffic Police, Faisalabad.

Bumrah has been rested for India's tour to West Indies, which is now underway.
