Wilson originally made an impact at the end of United's disastrous 2013/14 season, when handed his first start by caretaker player-manager Ryan Giggs, during a Premier League clash with Hull City, at Old Trafford.

"He will bring many qualities to the team, and help us in our goal of winning the title".
