"But we are not looking for that individual any longer", Federal Bureau of Investigation honcho Bill Sweeney said Wednesday evening.

The second man is identified as Mukhammadzoir Kadirov, born November 5th, 1984.

"We have found him and I'll leave it at that".

Law enforcement officials are speaking with a second man in connection with Tuesday's attack in New York City.

"He did this in the name of ISIS [Islamic State] and along with other items recovered at the scene were some notes that indicate that", said New York Deputy Police Commissioner John Miller. This not from our religion. Kadirov is being questioned by authorities now; investigators became suspicious of him because Kadirov "went off the radar" when they went to talk to him following Tuesday's attack. He is charged with killing eight people and injuring nearly a dozen when he drove a rented pickup truck down a bike path near the World Trade Center in downtown Manhattan.

News Channel 8 is working to confirm if Kadirov now lives at this address or when he lived there.

Saipov, who was shot and wounded by police, was taken to court the NY federal courthouse Wednesday in a wheelchair with his hands cuffed and feet shackled.

Kadirov is not being a called suspect, NBC New York reports.

Saipov, 29, is charged with two terrorism counts: a charge of providing material support to a terrorist organization and a charge of violence and destruction of a motor vehicle with willful disregard for human life.

Prosecutors said Saipov was "consumed by hate and a twisted ideology" when he carried out the attack.
