A friend named in the non-disclosure agreement signed by adult film star Stormy Daniels claims the future president once gave the actress the keys to a NY condo he bought for her.

Stormy, also known as Stephanie Clifford, alleges she had an affair with the President in 2006 that lasted several months, and taking place just after Melania welcomed the couple's son, Barron.

The newspaper said the offer to return the money was made in a letter from Daniels' lawyer, Michael Avenatti, to Trump's personal lawyer, Michael Cohen.

With a noon Tuesday deadline, the letter will essentially bait Cohen into a choice between letting Daniels talk freely about her alleged Trump affair; or publicly confirm that a silencing campaign had been in effect.

Prezzy is more than likely referring to the fact that he's now being sued by Stormy Daniels over an alleged affair they had in 2006, due to Trump allegedly never signing a "hush agreement" to keep their tryst private.

In a report published on the TPM site on Monday, and which may be read online by visiting this link, Marshall says that sources have told him that the information revealed by Daniels in the interview is "more damaging" than anything so far on the public record. It's unclear when or if that interview will air, but lawyers for the president are considering mounting a challenge to keep CBS from airing the segment, BuzzFeed reported.

James Gomez, Amnesty International's director for Southeast Asia and the Pacific, said the UN's new findings "sadly echo our own". A recent report in The Irrawaddy claimed that at least 90 percent of the state's Rohingya population have fled.

Jackson told the News Friday that she didn't recall the document and declined to be interviewed, the paper said.

The White House denies Trump had an affair with Clifford.

It also means the Trump administration would not be able to block the broadcast of an interview that Ms Clifford taped with CBS News' 60 Minutes last week.

Trump, whose name is blacked out in the agreement, used the pseudonym David Dennison and Clifford is listed as Peggy Peterson, according to the 7-page lawsuit with 28 pages of attachments filed March 7 by Newport Beach, California, attorney Michael Avenatti. "If the allegations prove true it is hard to argue credibly that hush money payments to cover up an affair between a presidential candidate and an adult film star, weeks before the election, were not meant to influence that election". She has sued Trump, claiming the NDA form is invalid because he didn't sign it.

President Donald Trump is in more hot water for being less-than-presidential.
